In this concept EP Mhoax takes you through a spooky journey using samples and sounds from horror & genre movies from 70s to nowadays mixed with harsh, distorted industrial sounds. Visual artist Blühen made for this project 5 music videos in which she samples as well old horror movies. About Mhoax: Mhoax music offers a dark and singular universe tinged with various references to film or experimental music. His numerous tracks on different labels (Initiatives Studio, Interval, Innergate, Dur or Techno Wereld) have received support from many established producers and DJs. His mechanical and harsh productions create a unique atmosphere between discomfort and pleasure, filled with singular percussions and strident noises. About Blühen Blühen is a graphic designer, motion designer and video jockey based in Paris. Her artistic universe is the result of a mixture of inspirations, such as the very experimental German expressionist cinema, or even digital and generative art. Her work makes us see in abstraction and figuration a form of dreamlike and sensitive brutality. She works closely with emerging artists and collectives like Twisted Material or DISOSS, but also with more established labels like Rhythm Labs or Union Trance Mission. Tracklist : 1.
