These Students Are Appalled by Their School’s Lunch Options

Minnesota high school student Maryn Holler posted photos of her sad lunch tray to Facebook. It showed a small handful of baby carrots, a cup of marinara sauce and a hot dog bun topped with congealed cheese. The post got quite the reactions. “Pathetic excuse for a lunch,“ one comment read. When asked if she ate her lunch, Maryn told Inside Edition, “No. No, I threw it away. I didn’t understand how a school could serve that to students and think that it’s OK.“
