Encampment set up at Queen Mary University of London campus in solidarity with Gaza

In the UK, Queen Mary University of London in the capital London joined the demonstrations organised by pro-Palestinian university students by setting up tents on campuses. The students, who set up many tents in the garden of the campus to react to Israel’s attacks on Gaza, also protested Israel’s land attack on Rafah in the demonstration they organised on the campus. The students demanded that their schools cut ties with companies that support Israel and hung Palestinian flags on the tents they set up.
