Courageous anti-Zionist unfazed by police intimidation

Consultant Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon Ranjeet Brar speaks about a series of police interventions that would strike fear in anyone. Brar was attending a London protest against the genocide in Gaza in November when he was arrested for selling a book about the history of Zionism. The police were prompted to make the arrest by a Twitter account, Harry’s Place. Brar was handcuffed and kept in custody for 24 hours. A few weeks later, Brar showed solidarity with comrades who were detained at Hammersmith Police Station. Despite having his four-year-old son by his side, he was once again arrested. The police raided his home for 15 hours - kicking out his family - and later called social services suggesting that Brar’s child ’was at risk’. Unbelievably they also contacted Brar’s employer to inform them of a number of allegations against him.
