Ingredients
1/4 cup methi dana/fenugreek seeds, soaked overnight or for 4-5 hours, in water suffiecient to cover the seeds
1 cup basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes in water
3 tbsp cold pressed mustard oil or vegetable oil of your choice
3-4 whole dry red chillies, deseeded & chopped
1 tsp sendha namak/pink himalayan salt
