But on a planet of cattle, how would megafauna evolve, and what would they look like? This is part of my seedworld series, Project Apollo. Seed worlds are planets that were ’seeded’ with earth lifeforms, that are then left to evolve independent of earth in this new context. This can result in extreme diversification, reminiscent of Darwin’s Finches, mammals post K-T Extinction Impact, or when vertebrates first came onto land. Without oceans as geographical barriers, cattle can freely migrate anywhere they want on Apollo’s surface.
