Kastrup Sea Bath - by White Arkitekter

One of our most iconic buildings are found in the Amager Muncipality outside Copenhagen - Kastrup Sea Bath. We went back to the incredibly popular open-air pool with Lead Architect Fredrik Pettersson to hear his thoughts on the project. The Bath is conceived as a sculptural dynamic form, which can be seen from the beach, the sea and the air. We call it a sculpture to walk on. The locals simply refer to it as “the snail“.
