The enormous tabular iceberg A23a is currently drifting north from Antarctica. Here is raw footage from our encounter in the Southern Ocean. This tabular iceberg is nearly 4000km2, is up to 400m thick and weighs just short of 1 trillion tonnes. It is 40 nautical miles long and twice the size of greater London.
