Was too sick to stay work today and got sent home after an hour for bumping into things (dang dayquil) came home slept for about 6 hours ate a steak and downed a lot of water.... then proceeded to have an amazing workout.... funny how the world works sometimes First day with wraps since before my injury got me really excited to start my training cycle on sunday!
