Typhoon Talim shows no mercy as first typhoon to hit China in 2023

Early on Monday, July 17, the meteorological center reported that Typhoon Talim was located approximately 375km southeast of Zhanjiang City in Guangdong province, moving at a speed of 20km per hour.
