Why Did I Just Start Playing Guitar... and Making Peace with My Dad

Flipped on the camera for a ramble. Hard to believe I started this channel all the way back in August 2006. This video is being uploaded on what would have been my dad’s 70th birthday. There are so many lessons 2020/21 have taught me... and the latter is only half over. Things keep coming up, shadows to epiphanies. Having recognized and unblocked a mental hangup, I’ve suddenly started playing guitar. This is something I’ve always wanted to do but just never thought I could. Now I just am. Almost like a cypher I decoded in my own mind (if my mind was a video game or something). I think I’ve finally decided what I’m gonna do with this channel I’ve had sitting around collecting digital dust for so long. I think I’ll ramble and learn to play guitar, then sing and play, then ramble some more. I think I’ll make some peace with my past and myself and reality. Something might resonate.
