Михальский Music: Lost dreams- S. Mikhalsky Petrovsky Travel Palace is located at the entrance to Moscow from the direction of St. Petersburg on Leningradsky Prospect. The palace was founded in 1780 under the orders of Catherine the Great un connection to the successful completion of the Russo-Turkish War of 1768-1774. The palkace served as a residence for noblemen after a long journey from St. Petersburg to Moscow (hence its name - “travel”)
