Marc-Andre Bedard on cross-country ski simulator (Sochi trail + Hexoskin data)

Biathlon Canada and Cross Country Canada are using a custom-designed indoor treadmill in Canmore built by Treadsport. On the video you can see biathlete Marc-Andre Bedard using the treadmill with physiological data coming in real-time from its Hexoskin smart training shirt. Using GPS equipment and high-tech cameras, the treadmill can replicate the trails at Sochi 2014 or other courses around the world which can potentially give Canadian athletes a significant edge by allowing them to train on the spo
