#Gobiroganjosh Who says that vegetarians can’t enjoy the famous Indian delicacy Rogan Josh. iI have brought to all of you this amazing Gobhi rogan josh which will allow you to enjoy the scrumptious recipe which has a soft and tender gobhi with the amazing rogan. #roganjoshrecipe #easyrecipe #recipe #youtube #chefharpalsingh Ingredients Quantity Mustard oil 1 ½ cup Cauliflower 1 no Salt 2 tbsp Water as required Dry red chillies 8 no Hot Water as required Brown onion 1 cup Curd 2 tbsp Bay leaf 2 no Black cardamom ½ inch Green cardamom 4-5 pieces Cinnamon stick ½ inch Clove 4 no Chopped ginger ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chilli 1 tsp Curd ½ cup Refined flour 1 tsp Ginger powder ½ tsp Fennel powder ½ tsp Asafoetida 1 pinch Water as required Salt to taste Coriander sprig for garnish Method In a kadhai add mustard oil , till then cut the cauliflower florets , transfer it in to a bowl add water , salt and keep it aside In an another bowl add dry kashmiri red chillies , hot water and let it get soaked for some time, till then in a mixer grinder add brown onions , curd , and grind it well and keep it aside , In an another mixer grinder add soaked red chillies and grind it in to a fine paste and keep it aside Strain out the cauliflower and dry it completely before frying it in to the oil , now add the florets in to the oil and cover the kadhia with the lid ,once its fried properly remove it in to the plate and keep it aside , reduce the quantity of the oil n in a same kadhai add bay leaf , cinnamon stick , black cardamom , green cardamom , cloves , chopped ginger ,chopped green chillies , ginger garlic paste , and mix it well close it with the lid and let it cook , till then in a bowl take some curd n add refined flour, water to it n whisk it well and keep it aside .
