Marshmallow | 마쉬멜로
Today’s menu is marshmallow.
I just wanted to find out if there’s any difference between homemade and store bought marshmallows.
IMO, Homemade ones are much better.
Texture is so just so MUCH softer.
I definitely would recommend adding some salt for contrast.
Ingredients:
Sugar: x22 Tbsp, Corn Starch: x?, Salt: x1/4 tsp, Gelatine Powder: x2 Tbsp, Water: x16 Tbsp, Corn Syrup: x18 Tbsp (~360g), Vegetable Oil: x?, Vanilla Extract: x2 tsp
