“Anti-British Broadcasting Corporation!” BBC Claims Dickensian Poverty Has ‘Parallels’ With Today

TalkTV’s Julia Hartley-Brewer discusses the story with historian and senior fellow at the New Culture Forum Rafe Heydel-Mankoo.
