Billboards with photo of Putin holding Koran appear in Lebanon

Billboards featuring Russian President Putin holding Islam’s holy book and signed ’Guardian and protector of religions’ have appeared across Lebanon. This comes after Russia condemned Sweden for allowing anti-Islam activists to stage a Koran-burning demonstration in Stockholm.
