Counter Obstacle Vehicle

The Counter Obstacle Vehicle (COV) is a a highly mobile, tracked, armored counter obstacle, combat engineer vehicle used for earthwork and general obstacle/minefield removal in military operations. Equipped with a track width mine plow, two hydraulic excavator arms and a dozer blade (vee or straight), this vehicle was going to provide a mobile, survivable obstacle breaching capability.
