Franco Corelli: Unforgettable performances CENTENARY TRIBUTE by the Assoc. Museo Enrico Caruso 2021

Published by courtesy of Luciano Pituello, President of Associazione Museo Enrico Caruso, with Graziano Corelli’s kind assistance. A selection of Franco Corelli’s most memorable performances was presented at the centenary commemoration organized by the Associazione Museo Enrico Caruso on 10 October 2021 at the Grand Hotel et de Milan. The presentation was produced by Franco Fiume, with the collaboration of Graziano Corelli. At the end of the video, you can also see a short clip from the 2021 event itself (unfortunately, only these few minutes of the conversation were recorded), in which Luciano Pituello (president of the association) and Graziano Corelli discuss the legendary Huguenots performance of 1962 at La Scala, and Graziano (Franco’s second cousin and close friend) mentions in a few words his new biography book on Franco, which was just about to be published at the time. The book is now available (in Italian) and you can order it on amazon: “L’arte e i numeri di Franco Corelli“ by Graziano Corelli on Amazon (in Italian) Many thanks to Nicola Nitido for his help with the English subtitles.
