15 MIN BOOTY PILATES WORKOUT | Pilates For A Round Booty & Toned Thighs | Eylem Abaci

Take your shoes off, we are doing pilates! ♥︎ I created this pilates inspired booty workout for us which contains a lot of new exercises - in case you are bored of the usual booty exercises. :) We will perform all exercises on the floor, no squats and no jumps. Low impact and knee-friendly, slow, but strong! Please do the exercises slow and controlled. ▪️ Intensity: Intense ▪️ Recommendations: • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so. • Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout.
