中國一定強 (China Must Be Strong) - Chinese Nationalist Song

This song is about the defense of Sihang warehouse in the district of Zhabei, Shanghai, 1941. Captain Xie Jinyuan was stationed at the warehouse with a regiment he was unfamiliar with due to volunteering to lead it during the battle of Shanghai. A girl scout, Yang Huimin, secretly snuck into the compound with a Chinese flag and supplies for the regiment. She asked Jinyuan what are his plans, he replied with “defend to the death!“. His statement moved her, so she asked for a list of the names of the defenders to announce to the entire country. Jinyuan realized that doing so can reveal to the Japanese the total number of troops in the warehouse, who were previously fooled to think that the entire regiment was in there. He instead listed the original names of a regiment he previously commanded, the 524th Regiment - 800 men, nearly double their actual strength. Because of this, the battle of Sihang warehouse became known as the 800 heroes ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 中國一定強 中國一定強 你看那民族英雄謝團長 中國一定強 中國一定強 你看那八百壯士孤軍奮守東戰場 四方都是砲火 四方都是豺狼 寧願死 不退讓 寧願死 不投降 我們的國旗在重圍中飄蕩 飄蕩 飄蕩 飄蕩 飄蕩 八百壯士一條心 十萬強敵不敢當 我們的行動偉烈 我們的氣節豪壯 同胞們起來 同胞們起來 快快上戰場 拿八百壯士作榜樣 中國一定強 中國一定強 中國一定強 中國一定強 一定強 一定強 一定強 一定強 - chung kuo i ting ch’iang chung kuo i ting ch’iang ni k’an na min tsu ying hsiung hsieh t’uan ch’ang chung kuo i ting ch’iang chung kuo i ting ch’iang ni k’an na pa pai chuang shih ku chün fen shou tung chan ch’ang ssu fang tu shih pao huo ssu fang tu shih ch’ai lang ning yüan ssu pu t’ui jang ning yüan ssu pu t’ou chiang wo men te kuo ch’i tsai chung wei chung p’iao tang p’iao tang p’iao tang p’iao tang p’iao tang pa pai chuang shih i t’iao hsin shih wan ch’iang ti pu kan tang wo men te hsing tung wei lieh wo men te ch’i chieh hao chuang t’ung pao men ch’i lai t’ung pao men ch’i lai k’uai k’uai shang chan ch’ang na pa pai chuang shih zuò pang yang chung kuo i ting ch’iang chung kuo i ting ch’iang chung kuo i ting ch’iang chung kuo i ting ch’iang i ting ch’iang i ting ch’iang i ting ch’iang I ting ch’iang - Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Nǐ kàn nà mínzú yīngxióng xiè tuán zhǎng Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Nǐ kàn nà bābǎi zhuàngshì gūjūn fèn shǒu dōng zhànchǎng Sìfāng dōu shì pàohuǒ Sìfāng dōu shì cháiláng Nìngyuàn sǐ bù tuìràng Nìngyuàn sǐ bù tóuxiáng Wǒmen de guóqí zài chóngwéi zhōng piāodàng piāodàng piāodàng piāodàng piāodàng Bābǎi zhuàngshì yītiáoxīn Shí wàn qiángdí bù gǎndāng Wǒmen de xíngdòng wěi liè Wǒmen de qìjié háozhuàng Tóngbāomen qǐlái tóngbāomen qǐlái Kuài kuài shàng zhànchǎng Ná bābǎi zhuàngshì zuò bǎngyàng Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Zhōngguó yīdìng qiáng Yīdìng qiáng Yīdìng qiáng Yīdìng qiáng Yīdìng qiáng ●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●
