Afghanistan | ’People hurled everywhere’: Witnesses to Kabul explosions describe moment of blasts

Witnesses of the Kabul explosions have described what they saw the moment a blasts went off outside the airport. “The explosion was really powerful. Half were hurled into the water, others on the ground outside. We carried the wounded here on stretchers.“ said one man outside a hospital where some of the victims were being taken to. Several people have been killed and dozens more wounded outside Kabul airport following a suicide bomb, gunfire and another explosion.
