Ingredients required to make broccoli cauliflower recipe - Serves 2 to 3
* 190 gm/ 1 medium sized fresh broccoli
* 260 gm cauliflower
* 10 gm/ 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
* 40 gm/ 1/4 th cup frozen or fresh green peas
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1 teaspoon coarsely crushed black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
* 2 teaspoons gram flour (besan). Can also add garbanzo bean flour/almond flour.
* 1 teaspoon ground coriander (dhania powder)
* 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste
* 1/2 teaspoon hing (asafoetida) - optional
* 1 tablespoon ghee/oil/ butter oil.
