Fierce protests force Kenyan President to reject tax raise bill

Amid the ongoing protests in Nairobi, which have already resulted in 22 deaths and more than 100 wounded, Kenyan President William Ruto refused to sign the tax hike bill initially inspired by the need to pay debts to the IMF.
