You play as Lona, a wanderer just trying to survive in a harsh, cruel world with dreams of one day making enough money to escape the perilous island of Noer. Danger at every corner, ruffians awaiting to ambush you, slavery only one wrong step away, or even death, LonaRPG is designed to be a brutal hardcore game, the dark souls of RPG Maker games if you will. It is best experienced on DOOM mode, in which death will result in the deletion of your save file. No cheating death by loading a dozen save files.
