COPPELIA Act III (NYCB 1978 broadcast)

A wonderful record of how this company looked under Balanchine’s direction. Gelsey Kirkland and myself were to be the premiere cast and much of the ballet was set on us. Unfortunately we both left the company before the premiere. Gelsey to work with Baryshnikov, and me to found my Los Angeles Ballet.
