Glimmer Mists Backgrounds Technique #1

I do a lot of mixed media art, and you can use the Workable Fixative spray (brand: Krylon) so you’ll be able to work on it without smudging it. OR you heat dry it and spray hairspray over (thanks to my friend Scrapacat for this tip). NOTE FROM 2020: when I made this video, Glimmer Mists were all the rage... today, I don’t use this brand anymore but fell in love with the Starburst sprays (still loads of shimmer in these ones) from Lindy’s Gang.
