Harper’s Bizarre - High Coin

Edited this special (tho quickly) for Van Dyke Parks’ and Andrew Sandoval’s birthdays on Jan. 3 and 4th 2011 respectively. I thought it a shame that this rendition was nowhere to be found on youtube. The Busby Berkeley footage and strange Hollywood imagery were always images I saw in my head when this played. “I’m going for high coin baby/To keep me high, and in and up and down and all.../I’m in the high scenes baby/Where day is night, and nights are days of years gone by...“
