10 Min Morning Yoga | Gentle Full Body Stretch

Welcome to this gentle 10 minute yoga practice. We’ll be stretching from head to toe and finding easy movement to wake up the body and mind. Asanas include Gate Pose, Gate Side Plank, Cat Cow, Puppy, Sphinx, Child’s Pose, Low Lunge, Downward Facing Dog, Butterfly and Seated Twist. This class can either be done as a standalone practice, or as part of a 7-day challenge that I’m running for my website members. The classes are all 10 to 15 minutes long and ideal for those at a beginner to intermediate level.
