Butter Toast Bread
Filling:
- Salted butter 60g
Dough Ingredients
- High protein flour 500g
- Salt 8g
- Sugar 50g
- Fresh yeast 15g
- 1 egg
- Cold milk 300ml
-40 gr butter
Preparation:
1. In the mixer bowl, add:
- High protein flour 500g
- Salt 8g
- Sugar 50g
- Fresh yeast 15g
- 1 egg
- Cold milk 300ml
2. Knead the dough for 9 minutes, then add 40g of butter.
3. Knead the dough for an additional 4 minutes.
4. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes.
5. Separate the dough into 2 pieces and shape them into balls.
6. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
7. Shape the one dough add inside 30g pieces of salted butter, then flip.
8. Cut the top of the bread and place it in a 20x11x11 cm pan.
9. Let the dough rest for 70 minutes.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes (depending on the oven).
11. Brush with butter.

Tereyağlı Tost Ekmeği (2 ekmek )
İç malzeme:
- Tuzlu tereyağı 60g
Hamur malzemeleri:
- Un 500g
- Tuz 8g
- Şeker 50g
- Yaş maya 15g
- 1 yumurta
- Soğuk süt 300ml
-40 gr tereyağ
Yapılışı:
1. Mikser kabına ya da yoğurma kabına hamur malzemelerini koyun.
2. Hamuru 9 dakika yoğurun, ardından 40g tereyağı ekleyin.
3. Hamuru tekrar 4 dakika yoğurun.
4. Hamurun üstünü kapatın, 60 dakika dinlendirin.
5. Hamuru 2 parçaya ayırın ve beze yapın.
6. Hamurun üzerini örtün ve 15 dakika dinlendirin.
7. 60 gr tereyağını ikiye bölüp iki bezeyi de videodaki gibi şekillendirin.
8. Ekmeğin üstünü bıçakla kesin ve 20x11x11 cm boyutunda bir kalıba yerleştirin.
9. Hamuru 70 dakika dinlendirin.
10. Önceden ısıtılmış fırında 190°C’de 30 dakika pişirin (fırına bağlı olarak).
11. Pişince üzerine tereyağı sürün.
