An 8-year-old girl was shot Tuesday morning in Upper Land Park, the Sacramento Police Department said. Police were dispatched after 4:45 a.m. to Kit Carson Street near Revere Street to investigate a reported shooting, Sac police said. There they found a child with a gunshot wound.
