Good morning! Rise and shine! How are you doing today? I didn’t realize that I haven’t been posting that many workout videos in the last few months! Get ready though because I am filming a bunch for wellness month in November. So many of you ask me what my workout routine is and honestly it really depends. Something I have learned this year a lot is to listen to my body and feel what it needs. At the moment I love doing a combination of pilates two times a week and some more strength/ hit training two times a week.
