2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
0.5 teaspoon salt
A few dashes of white pepper
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 chicken legs (about 220g or each)
3 slices angelica roots (dang gui)
1 teaspoon wolfberries
5g young ginger (julienned)
