NAAFI Piano (1951)

New NAAFI piano, London. Several shots of man pulling apart old NAAFI (Naval Army and Air Force Institute) piano. It is in quite a state with worn keys and broken strings. The man pulls out the keys and the hammers. M/S of man pressing pedals with hand, one appears to be jammed. M/S of panel being pulled out. L/Ss of Alfred Knight demonstrating the new NAAFI piano. He places a glass on the sloped sides on top of instrument, it slides off and smashes on the ground (obviously designed to prevent members of the armed forces spilling drinks on piano).
