Kalabhairava Shanti This ritual can be performed any time after death, especially when the deadlines applicable for Kalabhairava Karma have passed. The ritual is conducted on Amavasya (new moon). It can be repeated every month or every year. (See the Isha Lunar Calendar for dates.) Requirements: A photograph of the deceased is required, along with name, date of birth or exact year of birth; date of death or exact year of death (OR) names of both mother and father of the deceased. Please upload individual photo of the deceased (Group photo cannot be used for process). The photo should have been taken when the person was alive. In case of abortion after 48 days or a stillborn infant, a photo of the mother (preferably taken during pregnancy) should be uploaded instead.
