June 28, 2002 Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program Assistant Defense Secretary for Health Affairs, William Winkenwerder, and other officials spoke to reporters about the resumption of a military anthrax vaccination program, its potential expansion to include civilians, and plans to stockpile the vaccine.
