She came to prominence after winning the Operalia competition in London in 2015, and is known as a lyric dramatic soprano.[1] Career Lise Davidsen was born in 1987 in Stokke, and began playing guitar and singing when she was fifteen. As she progressed, she focused on singing, and received a bachelor’s degree from the Grieg Academy of Music in Bergen, Norway, in 2010.
