One rotating, not shields

There are no magnetic shields and the angles of magnets on the rotor and stator are not equal. If another magnet is added on rotor or stator, rotation is blocked. Conclusion: magnets interfere with one another, they are too powerful and close for a 22 cm diameter, which is the case here. Needed diameter is at least 100 cm for a maximum number of magnets, but in the same time the distance between magnets on stator mustn’t be too big and the number of magnets on the rotor to be, at most, one
