Project Dumpster Fire Episode 1. Land Cruiser 80 Rock Crawler Build

Let’s build a “budget friendly“ crawler that can tackle the best trails in the USA! This 1997 Lexus lx450 started life as a luxury SUV but few people know that these are built with some seriously tough parts. This is actually an 80 series Land Cruiser with a bunch of extra stuff on it. Since you could order this from the factory with front and rear lockers, I would even argue that this is the original Rubicon trimmed 4x4. Since shooting this video I already want to completely change the bumper design lol. I’m glad I put down the welder and walked away because I have some clarity and am ready to shoot the next episode.
