Red Masala Chops :
Marinate 8-10 mutton chops
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
Set it aside for 2-3 hours
in the pressure cooker ad Mutton chops
1 Cup water
Cook it till 3 whistles
In bowl 4-5 tsp Lemon juice
2-3 tsp Red chili powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
In a pan heat oil ad the chops and flavored stock and fry the chops until it golden brown
garnish it with coriander & lemon wedges.

Aloo Bharta :
In a pan heat Oil
7-8 Dry red chilies
10-12 Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp Chopped garlic
2 Chopped onions
1 tsp Red chili powder and fry them
pre prepared tomato, brinjal & potato puree (3 Diced tomatoes, 1 diced brinjal,4 diced potatoes, 2 tsp ginger paste, salt to taste & pressure cooker for 2 whistles on low flame )
ad 100ml Tamarind juice
7-8 Whole green chilies
ad Prepared Tampering
mix well & cook for 10 min
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander
