5-year-old William has a severe form of epilepsy which means he can have silent seizures in his sleep. If he’s not given medication within 15 minutes he has to go to hospital. His parents have to take it in turns watching him all night and are sleep deprived and anxious. Computer scientist Haiyan Zhang is tasked with coming up with a system that allows his parents to monitor him (and get some sleep).
