BUT (!) if you think that this workout is as relaxing as the waves splashing behind, you are totally wrong. :D This routine will burn like hell in your abs: it is an ultimate fat burner and an intense workout for your abs. Hello sixpack! ♥︎ ▪️ MY TIPS: • Try not to take any breaks in between. • Make sure to keep your lower back pressed straight against the mat while lifting and lowering your legs. You should lower your legs as far as your back is not lifting. You can achieve this with squeezing your abs. • For ultimate results, squeeze and “crunch“ your abs during the whole workout. If your neck hurts, squeeze your abs even more. You can also lay your head down on the mat, if you feel more comfortable.
