Jalapeño poppers full of paneer & cheese savory bits are deep fried to golden perfections. #jalapenopoppers #recipe Ingredients Quantity Bhavnagri Chillies 8-10 no’s For Filling Mozzarella cheese grated ½ cup Paneer Grated 1 cup Ginger chopped 1 tsp Green chilies chopped 2-3 tsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Red chilli flakes 1 tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp Aamchur powder ½ tsp Salt to taste. For Batter Refined flour 1 cup Cornstarch ½ cup Water as needed Breadcrumbs For coating. Method: - 1. Slice the Bhavnagri chillies in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and keep aside. 2. Take a bowl grate the mozzarella cheese and paneer then add ginger, green chilli chopped, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt mix it up well. 3. Then take each chilli and fill up the filling. 4. Take another bowl for batter add refined flour, cornstarch and water and mix it well. 5. Place the breadcrumbs in a plate. 6. Dip the stuffed jalapeno in the batter and then rolled them in the breadcrumbs to coat. 7. Allow the coated jalapeno poppers to refrigerate for 25-30 mins. 8. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the jalapeno poppers on medium flame till golden brown. 9. Remove the jalapeno poppers and let them drain on paper towel before plating. 10. Serve the jalapeno poppers in a serving plate. 11. Serve hot.
