Overreaction” 15-12-9: Push Press (115/85) Box Step-Overs (50/35 to 24″/20″) .. Directly into: 15-12-9: Push Jerks (115/85) Box Jump Overs (24″/20″) Time - 5:52 I went 10 push jerks on my last set by mistake. Oh well. And did box facing and lateral jump overs. There was no specification that they had to be one or the other. Keep grinding!
