Oyster Reef: Brackish Cichlids, Gobies and Wild Livebearers.
With the help from my GoPro 7, I shot some nice underwater footage of the South Florida canal. The water here on the high end of brackish . But this does not stop local invasive cichlids from thriving. It seems that spotted tilapia and mayan cichlids can even make in saltwater. Unfortunately, the canal’s oyster reef is on the decline.
