Minato Namikaze is the ultimate Shinobi. Recently Minato got his own special one shot and I have yet to talk about it and it’s long overdue. The Manga follows Minato when he’s a 14-15 year old kid and we get to learn some extra stuff about the rasengan why it was created and where exactly he got the idea from.
