My favorite thing is that her 4th ability has infinite damage scaling, the only thing is that the game cannot handle all of it. All your damage accumulates while her 4th is active. You’ll need about 300-600 million to make Temporal Anchor deal 2b. Passing 03m is just for fun. Anything that is more than this number will definitely deal 0 damage.
