High Protein Vegan Snacks in an Air Fryer | The Happy Pear
Today we’re making one of our weekend tasks even easier! Prepping some high protein vegan snacks to keep up going during the week. We’re using the Instant Brand Versa Zone Air Fryer to speed up our process, we used to use an oven and it made the task feel daunting and time consuming but now it takes us around 5 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook.
The snacks contain enough protein for the average adult and can really help curve hunger cravings when you’re tired or hungry after exercise.
The Snacks take different amounts of time too which added an extra step because we had to make sure to take them out earlier. This air fryer has 2 zones and lets you add everything at the same time but only starts cooking a zone so it will finish both at the same time. So if one takes 10 and the other 5 minutes it will start cooking the second zone 5 minutes in so they’re both done after 10 minutes. WHAT A GOOD IDEA!
