Infinite Ambient: Autumn Light (for Harold Budd) by Jeff Pearce

This is a video preview of the upcoming Infinite Ambient® Listening Experience- “Autumn Light“. Sign up for my mailing list, and be the first to know when “Autumn Light“ is available for infinite listening! “Autumn Light (for Harold Budd)“ was originally written on December 8, 2021 as a bit of a tribute to Harold Budd on the first anniversary of his death. My problem in writing the song was that I never fully knew how to end it, which was an appropriate problem to have; much, if not all, of Harold Budd’s music felt like it could play on forever. So in early 2023, i decided that i would take the different parts of the song and create an Infinite Ambient Listening Experience- that way, it could just keep playing, and changing, for as long as anyone wished to listen. The music bed in this video was created by hitting the “begin experience“ button in the Infinite Ambient app- the program selected the order of my piano samples, and you’re hearing the result of its selection!
