Treadmill HIIT Workout - Jillian MIchaels

Ok team... when i do quick tread and shred workouts I mix it up with a variety of moves. Try doing a straight sprint - alternating with each of these variations until you’ve completed all. If you are fit do 1 minute on 30 seconds off. If intermediate do 30 on 30 off. If beginner stick with a more straight forward workout until you agility, core strength, power, and endurance are at an intermediate level.
